I. Vacuum Tube Furnace 1400°C Main Features
1. The gas path connection adopts a quick-connect flange structure.
2. The material loading and unloading process is simplified; only one card sieve is needed to complete the gas path connection, making operation convenient.
3. Eliminates the complex flange installation process, reducing the risk of damage to the furnace tube during installation.
4. Double-layer shell structure: inner layer made of stainless steel, outer shell made of carbon steel.
5. The furnace chamber is made of high-purity alumina fiber material, saving 50% energy and ensuring uniform temperature distribution.
6. Heating elements are silicon carbide rods.
7. Uses corundum tubes, sealed at both ends with stainless steel flanges.
8. Uses an S-type thermocouple for accurate temperature measurement.
9. Equipped with an air-cooling system between the double-layer furnace shells, enabling rapid surface cooling with a surface temperature below 60°C.
10. The furnace tube is equipped with a pair of stainless steel sealing flanges, sealed with silicone O-rings, and includes a mechanical pressure gauge. The temperature control system uses PID regulation with 30-segment programmable temperature control.
